Our Team
Our Founder, Dr Michael Gaeta’s purpose is to co-create a world of vital, resilient people who choose a lifestyle of “nature first, drugs last.” To accomplish this, he treats patients with Chinese and functional medicine, and helps natural health professionals improve their patient care and practice success.
Michael holds licenses in acupuncture, dietetics-nutrition, and massage therapy. He is also an herbalist and a doctor of acupuncture and Oriental medicine. Over the last 30 years, he has trained over 20,000 practitioners. His teaching is informed by 34 years of successful clinical practice. He co-founded Acupuncture for Veterans, which provided free treatments in New York City. Michael is past president of the Acupuncture Society of New York, earning awards for State Association and State Association President of the Year. He appeared on the CBS Early Show and NBC News, and his wellness podcast attracted over 100,000 subscribers. Michael is also a pianist and composer, which was his first career.

Erin Winters is a seasoned Yoga Teacher Trainer, Marketing Creative, Artist, and Foodie with a passion for empowering humans and radical care for the Earth. Erin brings a taoist approach to all she does, drawing strength from interdisciplinary study and practice. She sees marketing as an art form that includes community building. With a decade of experience, Erin specializes in training Yoga Teachers on Yin Yoga in the teaching methodology of Yin Yoga Pioneer, Paul Grilley. A lifelong student, Erin is currently studying somatic counseling and body psychotherapy.
Elisa Russell

Elisa Russell is a Multimedia Artist and Video Producer with experience in all areas of the storytelling process. Driven by a passion for helping people bring their stories to life in new and creative ways, Elisa uses photography and video creation to help people connect on an emotional level, fostering community and collaboration along the way. She graduated from Kalamazoo Valley Community College with a degree in Multimedia/Video Production, and from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Video Production.
