TIME IS BRAIN. This is a saying in neurology typically used for acute conditions when time is of the essence to reduce damage to the brain. For stroke patients, there is a 4.5 hour window to to take action and after 4.5 hours, with few exceptions, it’s too late. With conditions related to cognitive decline (like Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s), this window is decades long and it is up to us to bring that ounce (or perhaps 5mg) of prevention to avoid needing a ton of cure.

To change the stigma surrounding an essential mineral, which has been monopolized by reductionist pharmacological applications, we must re-educate ourselves and the public. This involves highlighting the powerful differences between organic and inorganic forms and conducting an objective review of both old and new research.
