The Herbal Wellness Triad for Today's World:
- Echinacea Root (Echinacea angustifolia & purpurea): click here. What I take and recommend to my patients: 2-3 tablets per day for prevention. 6-12 tablets per day as soon as the person starts to feel sick, until they are 100% better, plus a week.
- Black Cumin Seed (Nigella sativa): click here. What I take and recommend to my patients: 1 2x/day prevention; 2 2x/day if the person is feeling sick, until AOK.
