REBECCA MARA, LMT

Rebecca is a somato-emotional bodyworker, reiki practitioner, yoga teacher, intuitive coach, meditation teacher, certified holistic health coach, and Ayurvedic therapist. After a successful career in finance, she moved into the healing arts, studying at Blue Sky Massage School, Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Boulder College of Massage Therapy, Denver Integrative Massage School, with Dr. John Douillard, and Barbara Brennan-based psychotherapy/energy healing.

She writes, “The main work I do is identifying the root pattern of tension in the mental/emotional systems and how they present in the physical body. From there, we contact that pattern with a loving presence and help it find a new pathway, restoring energy flow and health back to the system.”
