CLASS STARTS MONDAY, JUNE 8TH
An Interactive Five-Week Clinical Masterclass
Mondays: June 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, July 6th
4-5:30pm PT / 5-6:30pm MT / 6-7:30pm CT / 7-8:30pm ET
Every Patient’s Heart is Telling a Story. Learn How to Decode It.
Standard cardiovascular testing often misses early, functional warning signs. However, a patient’s unique cardiac signatures—including heart sounds, rhythm, and tone—offer profound, real-time clues about underlying nutritional deficiencies, autonomic stress, and overall vitality.
This workshop bridges the gap between cardiac physiology and clinical execution, giving you a precise blueprint to confidently manage both complex and simple cases using:
-
Targeted Cardio Nutrition: Whole-food concentrates to optimize myocardial energy, valve integrity, and cellular fuel.
-
Specific Herbal Protocols: Evidence-based botanicals to modulate autonomic tone, balance sympathetic dominance, and strengthen cardiac output.
Do I Need a Heart Sound Recorder (HSR) to Benefit From This Course?
Absolutely not. The deep-dive into functional cardio nutrition and botanical strategies stands entirely on its own. While we utilize real-world case studies into the curriculum to provide clear visual proof of physiological shifts, owning or using an HSR device is not required to apply these protocols.
Whether you want to better interpret physical acoustic signatures or simply want to elevate your heart-health results using whole-food nutrition and herbs, this training delivers the clinical confidence you need to get undeniable patient outcomes.
What this five-week series will do for your practice:
Deepen Your Insight:
Recognize subtle patterns pointing to specific vitamin/mineral deficiencies, often long before they manifest as clinical pathology and symptoms.
Enhance Patient Compliance:
Learn how to visually explain HSR graphs to your patients so they instantly understand why they need their protocols, skyrocketing their compliance.
Streamline Your Visits:
Build a repeatable, step-by-step interpretation system that fits seamlessly into a busy practice with 15- or 30-minute consultations.
The Five-Week Breakdown: What You’ll Master
Week 1: Foundations of HSR Interpretation Focus: Greg Mitchell: How the HSR is a team player in any type of practice; mastering tone, rhythm, and timing basics
Week 2: The Autonomic Connection Focus: Greg Mitchell: Identifying sympathetic versus parasympathetic dominance
Week 3: Nutritional Mapping Focus: Greg Mitchell: Linking specific heart graph abnormalities to nutritional deficiencies and food-based supplementation strategies
Week 4: Advanced Case Studies Focus: Greg Mitchell: Walking through real-world patient charts from intake to resolution; how to seamlessly integrate HSR to scale your practice revenue
Week 5: Clinical Mastery and Practice Success Focus: Dr Michael Gaeta: advanced nutritional and herbal support strategies, practice implementation and clinical insights.

For Those New to the Heart Sound Recorder
The Heart Sound Recorder (HSR) is a computer-based, low-risk general wellness monitor that uses the principles of auscultation (listening to sounds from the heart, lungs or other organs, usually with a stethoscope) to acquire, display, and graph heart sounds. Initially released as the Endocardiograph in 1937 by Dr Royal Lee, the founder of Standard Process, it serves as a cardiovascular assessment tool distinct from traditional diagnostic methods like the EKG.
Unlike traditional cardiovascular assessments that might miss early or subtle signs, the HSR provides a highly personalized approach, enabling the detection of minor shifts in heart performance that could be associated with nutritional deficiencies (such as B vitamins, magnesium, calcium, or essential fatty acids), autonomic nervous system stress, and electrolyte imbalances.
Key Functions and Benefits
- Assessment Focus: Unlike EKGs which record electrical impulses to diagnose disease, the HSR analyzes rate, rhythm, and tone to evaluate heart efficiency, body chemistry balance, and nutritional deficiencies.
- Non-Invasive Technology: It uses a specialized microphone or sensor placed on the chest to capture acoustic signals from the heart valves, visualizing subtle nuances that may indicate stress from chemical, nutritional, or emotional factors.
- Wellness Monitoring: The device helps clinicians track the effectiveness of lifestyle changes, such as diet or supplementation, by comparing current heart sound waveforms with previous records This allows for the assessment of the heart’s nutritional efficiency and its reaction to nutrition and lifestyle changes.
“The heart is the most reflective muscle of balanced nutrition or malnutrition…” – Dr Royal Lee
